PR100 One-Year Progress Update/PR100 Actualización de Progreso de Un Año

The Puerto Rico Grid Resilience and Transition to 100% Renewable Energy (PR100) study team will provide an update on progress made during the first year of this two-year, stakeholder-informed study. Led by the Department of Energy and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, with support from Federal Emergency Management Agency, the study is evaluating stakeholder-driven pathways for Puerto Rico to achieve 100% renewable, affordable, reliable, and resilient electricity for all of its residents. The webinar will feature a conversation between Energy Secretary Jennifer M. Granholm, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Deanne Criswell, and Puerto Rico Governor Pedro Pierluisi. El equipo sobre el estudio de resiliencia de la red eléctrica de Puerto Rico y la transición a energía 100 % renovable (PR100) proporcionará una actualización sobre el progreso alcanzado durante el primer año de este estudio. El estudio tendrá una duración de dos años y será informado por las partes interesadas. Dirigido por el Departamento de Energía (DOE) y el Laboratorio Nacional de Energía Renovable, con el apoyo de la Agencia Federal para el Manejo de Emergencias, el estudio evalúa trayectorias impulsadas por las partes interesadas para que Puerto Rico logre electricidad 100 % renovable, accesible, confiable y resiliente para todos sus residentes. El seminario web contará con un panel de discusión compuesto por la secretaria del Departamento de Energía, Jennifer M. Granholm, la administradora de la Agencia Federal para el Manejo de Emergencias (FEMA), Deanne Criswell, y el gobernador de Puerto Rico, Pedro Pierluisi.
